Regular reviews with our GPs and nurses, here in Arklow, so problems are picked up early and you stay out of hospital.

If you have type 2 diabetes, asthma, COPD, a heart condition or a previous stroke, you are entitled to two free reviews a year. People on the programme have had 26% fewer hospital admissions. Find out more or phone 0402 39841 to book.

Type 2 diabetes

Reviews with our specialist nurse, including blood tests, blood pressure, foot checks and referral to Diabetic RetinaScreen. We also help people with pre-diabetes reduce their risk.

Annual reviews, inhaler technique checks and a personal asthma action plan. Fill in our asthma questionnaire before your review.

Reviews including spirometry (lung function testing) in the practice, inhaler checks, and flu and pneumococcal vaccines. Help to stop smoking is free.

Care for high blood pressure, angina, heart failure and atrial fibrillation, including 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and ECG in the practice.
