New Patient Registration

Due to ever increasing demand, our medical card lists are reviewed on a 3 monthly basis to ascertain whether there is space on our list.  Currently we are not accepting patients and can only offer to put patients on a waiting list to join the practice. 

As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice. All newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

We offer a full range of medical services to GMS patients with a Medical Card or doctor Visit Card, and to private patients.
